We pair you with a dedicated coach, whose sole focus is to give you clarity on your most important work, and the accountability to make sure you do it!
Hi, I'm Conor,I was a procrastinator for most of my life. It cost me opportunities, created stress, and held me back in ways I'm still discovering. But I've also experienced the other side: I've spent months at a time as an "Action Taker". Consistently and serenely powering through my to-do list. The key is to have a clear goal, a plan to achieve it, and the accountability to follow through.Getting it right creates a self-sustaining momentum, and it feels incredibly empowering. But it's much easier to achieve with support. That's why I started Tenacious. To create the most effective way to turn procrastinators into consistent Action Takers. So if you're tired of procrastination holding you back, book a free call with a coach below and see if it's right for you!
How we help you stop procrastinating
We define a clear, exciting goal...
Your coach will take time to truly understand what you want to achieve, why you want to achieve it, and how we can get you there
...create achievable weekly plans...
They will check-in with you at the same time each week to help you prioritise the week ahead, so you stay focused on what's important.
...and help you follow them!
When the time comes to take action, your coach will be in touch to help you stay accountable (in a motivating, friendly, low-stress way!)
The result?
You will make consistent progress towards your big picture, life-changing goal.
You will carve out time to do the really important things, even when they don't feel urgent.
You will stop overthinking, get out of your own head and just get stuff done.
You will stay focused, and stop chasing shiny objects.
You will feel great! Like you're in control, driving your life forward through your own action.
